Send your report

Email abuse reports to:

abuse@tenvio.email

Reports are reviewed. Response time may vary with severity and available evidence during the private beta.

What to include

The following details make it easier to identify the message and investigate what happened:

  • Full email headers, copied from the original message.
  • Sender address shown on the message.
  • Receiving address that received the message.
  • Time received, including the time zone if known.
  • A short description of why you believe the message is abusive or suspicious.

Protect sensitive information

Do not send passwords, API keys, authentication codes, payment card information, or other secrets. If a message contains sensitive personal information unrelated to the investigation, redact that content while preserving the full technical headers.

Examples of reportable activity

Reports may concern spam, phishing, impersonation, malware delivery, harassment, deceptive sender identity, unlawful content, or attempts to operate an open relay. For the complete rules, read the Acceptable Use Policy.

Urgent danger

If you or someone else is in immediate danger, contact the appropriate local emergency service. An email to Tenvio is not a substitute for emergency assistance.
